Wednesday Up Day

Starting us off.

I had pork with green sauce and sour cream, and kale salad for breakfast.
Will likely have a bratwurst snack.
Lunch is out at a restaurant with the kiddos. Not sure what I will have.
And dinner will be pork chops and sauerkraut.

My main goal for the day is to AVOID treats. I'm feeling the need for a protein- and fat- rich Up Day. Too much chocolate and nuts last time.

I've really been wanting cottage cheese lately so I bought a small container of Daisy 2% and a can of no sugar added peaches and had that for breakfast. It was really good.

It looks like it's going to be a protein heavy day for me. Greek yogurt for lunch and cheeseburger patties and a salmon filet for dinner. I need to keep the treats to a minimum now because Saturday through Wednesday are going to be treat heavy.

Sirtain I too should stick to protein today, but we see.
Holding off to eat today, I feel great.
Cookies are on my evening meal.
Hubby brought home cookies fom our friends, ginger cookie and beautiful sugar cookies.
Think the egg production story got around to them.
We have unhappy eggs in the house since hubby grocery shopped with me yesterday.
I'm ok about it, hope to make the cranberry and lemon cookies I've been dreaming about.
Hope to eat a few later this evening.
I can do it, maybe It's an UD for Pete's

Well, lunch did not turn out as planned. The food just wasn't that good. We did not finish, and after we left, we looked at each other, nodded, and went to Wendy's for chicken nuggets and frosties.
Oh, well.

Good UD so far. Feeling really full already though. One thing i love about DD's is the empty feeling!!!

Breakfast was bullet proof coffee and an egg muffin made with 2 eggs, 1T coconut flour, 1T peanut flour, 1T protein powder and stevia...yummy!!!
I had 2 ginger snaps and half a donut in our training this morning. Why do they bring donuts!!!! Good lord.
Then had a wedding cookie later.
Lunch was at Carls Jr. Had a lettuce wrapped chicken club with fried zucchini and an iced tea.
Then another cookie in the afternoon and i feel miserable.

I dont know what dinner will be. Maybe salmon and a salad.

I've had over 500 calories of various treats from our breakroom! Dinner will need to be protein based and light!

Didn't count after lunchtime! Went to a reception and ate the hors d'oeuvres, but just 3 oz cold meat, 1 oz cheese, 1/2 oz nuts and a shrimp. Went home and ate half my dinner anyway. Had planned a persimmon for a treat but it was too tannic, so had half a big apple. Love my fruits!
