I feel like a pig compared to what you guys are having on an UD. Have no idea what my cracker barrel lunch amounts to but probably pretty high. 2 cornbread muffins pintos okra mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Plus my sister and I split a piece of coca cola cake.

Oh yeah if I have sushi for dinner I'll be over a couple a hundred or so. Eating out on up days are killing me. Need to suggest we all bring something healthy next time and just eat at home.

L: protein hot cocoa, clementine, granola bar, 10 pita chips and 1 slice cheese

S: Ginger cookie

D: chicken & black bean enchilada casserole, sf cranberry walnut bread

S: have a couple hundred calories left so maybe some pb?
