B: scr. Egg with turkey bacon an 2 biscuits= 400:o
L: cracker barrel
D:not sure. Maybe nothing from the looks of my breakfast and lunch. Lol

I'm just going to try to take it easy until after the holidays. I'll post, but I don't think I can really handle rotations right now.

B: skinny cinnamon bagel w/marg
water, vitamins
L: probably chicken soup, or chicken from the soup made into salad
D: not sure yet

Annual Christmas party for Knit Wits (we knit layettes and other thing for
the military)

Don't know the menu. Will probably eat a little of everything.

D: no plan, but meeting a friend at a bar... So probably something like beer & chicken tenders or burger & fries

Going out with the guys from the office for lunch. Still Vietnamese, but I'm going to have rare beef Pho instead. :yummy:

a bit of mashed potato and beef for lunch
crunch onion chicken and sweet potato casserole for dinner.

oh and i am making PB fudge... so probably a piece of that.

I feel like a pig compared to what you guys are having on an UD. Have no idea what my cracker barrel lunch amounts to but probably pretty high. 2 cornbread muffins pintos okra mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Plus my sister and I split a piece of coca cola cake.:o

Oh yeah if I have sushi for dinner I'll be over a couple a hundred or so. Eating out on up days are killing me. Need to suggest we all bring something healthy next time and just eat at home.

L: protein hot cocoa, clementine, granola bar, 10 pita chips and 1 slice cheese

S: Ginger cookie

D: chicken & black bean enchilada casserole, sf cranberry walnut bread

S: have a couple hundred calories left so maybe some pb?

5 layer dip
Crackers
Tamales
Fruit
Chocolate truffles

Thinking of a zero cal day for tomorrow... I don't feel like I want to eat ever again! :hyst:
