Should we have a thread for the low as u can go on dd calories?

Lets see
Terri's dd yesterday 260 very proud of, still trucking along on only coffee its 10:30am Monday UD
Anyone else like this thread?
Lets say 0-600 calorie on dd club. It's a goal!

Be it even 700, which that was around my least number the first time doing this wor.

I'll shoot for it on this dd. Going to have another cup of broth to tide me over till tonight. Probably do a Greek yogurt and more broth. Should be under 200. TOM came today so not expecting to see any dropping on the scales until I'm off. Probably won't weigh this week either.

The last 2 DDs for me were 244 and 278... I usually try to shoot for around 350, but on those days, I was just super busy and not thinking about food!

I don't go that low anymore. In WLM, it wasn't unusual for me to be between 200-300 calories.

I'm kinda proud of myself today.

As of 7pm, I'm at less than 50 calories for today.

I'm feeling okay, kinda tired and cold though. I'm debating on whether I have some more calories or not.

Great job! I was pretty cold today. My thermostat is on 74 and I'm still cold.

My DD today too and im hoping for no food all day. We will see how it goes.
I need a really really low DD. I have brought stuff to work just in case but so far im not hungry and just drinking coffee. I have tea and an energy drink too.
I'm not feeling to well today. My tummy is totally jacked up!!! Lots of water today and lots of coffee and tea!!!

Doing good so far. Better than i ever have on a DD. Most of my calories have come from coconut milk and cocoa in my coffee.
Then i did have a cookie and a couple bites of some chex mix.
So i will end at about 350 calories. I'm gonna have soup for dinner.
Or maybe a tuna cup with mustard in a lettuce leaf.

I had 0 calories yesterday! It was one of the easiest DD's for me surprisingly. I just drank black teas and then herbal teas towards the afternoon and I didn't get that hunger that makes me need to eat. I was a little hungry but again it wasn't desperate. I also lost a pound.

I would probably eat like this every DD if it weren't for social obligations because it was sooooo much easier to deal with than having food and triggering those taste buds; I hail those of you who can do low calories (< 100) of real food and not eat more.

I think you guys are doing great though, its hard to manage having food yet staying as low as you can individually as I find that really hard to do.

I did it! I eat late last night after returning home at 7pm
When I crawled into bed at 11pm my stomach said, did I forget something. But I went to sleep, didnt need anything through the night time, happy me.
Touch of heart burn off and on through the day though,no biggy, drinks of water made it leave.
I m really pumped about this new finding for me.
But know my day was low stress yesterday, happy day and has everything to do with calories intake.
No physical work other than normal things, emptied out more closets, took several warm clothing articles, blankets to food bank.
Now hoping for a in control up day. Will wait to eat as long as I can, another peaceful day planned today. Daughter coming over for dinner, visit, fun day.
FYI on going into town yesterday I took water, diet coke and cheese and sausage with me just incase. That way I had food if needed, htats also a comfort. FUN

i am bound and determined to have a majorly good DD today. i have been off the charts on my UD's lately thanks to the lovely PMS. today i call the shots.

60 calories so far in my coffee. nothing else but water. i will have some turkey pickle roll ups tonight if i really need it which will be 50 calories.
