YESTERDAY 180 cal.
GYM AND ALL THE SHOPPING
Veggie soup, add a little chicken at dinner.
WE have a family dec. even party tonight on my side of the family, tons of everything awesome and I do plan to partake!
Until then I hope to eat lite-RIGHT!

My DD's are between 330 - 350. I have a hard time getting them lower. But the level I'm at seems to be working for me.

I agree that waiting as long as possible before the first calories pass my lips is helpful. I am going to try the waiting for bedtime to eat a small snack and see if I can get it any lower. But not tonight! I am cooking all day so even though it's a DD I expect it will be a high-ish DD for me just from sampling stuff as I cook.

I need to get the hubby and the kids in the kitchen as tasters, huh?

DD today...plan on making it a 0 calorie day. I'm not hungry as of yet, so that's a plus!

Yesterday I had another LOW dd was 110 ish calories

I did it without any broth drank, accidentally.
So that means a low salt intake.
I had carrot juice and yogurt.
I did fine with it until about 1 am awoke feeling a little queezy at stomach. Drank some water. Returned to sleep fast. But again awoke at 3 am, little restless so drank half cup of whole milk and returned to sleep quickly again.
I feel the low salt caused the restlessness, it calmed away so was not a problem.
The 3 am, part I could do without, but not a bad trade off for low calorie dd.
Im down one pound today from my holiday monster eating.
At 141 this am , Im still dreaming of not putting 140's on my drivers lic.
My dh says "to put 135 lbs on lic. caz that's where my wt is headed and will be the next 6 years." He's very supportive.
As long as I can do the low dd it's my goal. I'm hoping to run it into 300-500 some day. Like lot of us here, my food on UD or dd starts a priming in me to eat more. Glad I notice it and dealing with it.
Lets focus on being healthy in 2014 happy new year!
