9pm here, slight headache starting, hope it passes if it doesn't, will have
A drink of milk.

Wow, that's great! I struggle with under 200. Sometimes it seems easier to just have nothing. Or at least have nothing as long as you can. I kinda like Carly's method of waiting til bedtime, then have a snack and then just go to bed. Haven't tried that one yet, but may give it a shot.

Thanks JM. I survived without any other nourishment through the night

Doing the very low calorie was a challenge I wanted to try.
I was set to throw in the towel any minute, so in my head I was ok to eat if needed, in order to still call it a lower control dd though.
I slept well thats the main thing for me. But I have been mostly awake since 4am.
Don't care for that part side effect.
I can't really eat and go straight to bed, wish! My food wants to crawl back up my throat-gross, sorry. Joys of aging
Im very pleased that I could do this low of calorie dd. I had to try it.
My hubby was very helpful, he didn't bug me to eat.
Im going to try to not eat treats until dinner this evening.
Making home grown stuffed bell peppers, rice, something else green for our date night dinner with dh father.
I plan to put off eating today as long as I can, 11am would me nice.
I mayn't put myself to the test again for 5 calorie dd I did it once!
Keeping busy was the trick, but nothing strenuous. .
I did lots of little chores yesterday around the house and in the yard.
I did things I usually put off.
I really didn't know who I was
Scale read 140.2 this am, pleases me

WOW EIEIO! 5 calories! I've not tried that low - kudos to you!

I managed 300 calories yesterday, and I had trouble sleeping - up from 12-1 and again at 4. I haven't had too many sleepless DD nights though, so I'm not complaining - at 62 I still sleep like a baby - always have. TG!

O cal on dd Handbells. Do u do that often??

U guys doing 300 I'd be very happy with that number myself.
My findings were it was easier to not eat, only drink liquids- is a malt an liquid?

I'm not a coffee drinker. My "coffee" used to be soda, but I finally gave it up

Good job everybody.
I try to, but it doesn't always work. If I eat, it's usually a big salad with lots of good vegetables, so very low in calories.

It has taken me quite some time to figure out what I need to do to get the results I want. I have had to give up a lot, but I don't mind because I finally feel like I am getting healthy.

P.S. I'm absolutely freezing right now!

Well my DD turned into an UD. I groomed 8 dogs and I had to have food. 1 shih tzu 5 yorkies and 2 scotties. I'm pooped.

Well I are it though the morning time with main lining my coffee.
Told df n law I was trying to lose 5 lbs and would eat later today.
He said "like you need to lose weight"
I love that guy.
I have vegetable soup cooking, so I can make it now, fingers crossed.
Hoping to be able to encore the jiffy cornbread myself. Can I think!
I'd like to finish this dd with 100 cal.
Or even 200
So far zero 11am

Ei, that sounds like a pretty nice FIL!

I'm going to try to keep this DD super-low today. I'm weighing tomorrow and would like my "end" of December weigh in to be friendly. I do, however, reserve the right to change my mind later today if I can't make it! So far, black coffee. Later, broth (bouillon) w/hot sauce.

Nothing today but liquids and a small chili. However, I'm at 420 calories. Not so great lol. Better than a UD by far though!

I'm closing my eyes on 210 calories today.
I made veggie soup only carrots, celery, broth, whole
okra, and stew seasoning.
For evening meal i added fresh spinach to the pot.
Fyi, The first time eating today I had added too much stew seasoning, little to hot.
Later I added more water an spinach, helped helped cool it.

You guys are doing great!

I did another fast on tea yesterday (0 cals). It's so good not having to worry about how many calories to have on DD's but when social events come up in the future due to holidays this will be impossible to do.

No biggy I actually feel lighter.
12-22 post 210 cal. Dd 140.2 lbs

ANOTHER DD FOR ME TOO

Carol wasn't it exciting just to see if you could go low
Now we know we can do it. No big deal, yes it's a big deal!
We all are doing a great job.
I plan on 200 cal. today.
I Will be gone from home all afternoon til late evening.
So will pack some Carly foods in my bag. U know celery, etc, Carly foods!
DH and I are just now starting Christmas shopping, nits!
WE are giving all the kids money, one size fits all soa thing. So that easy.
Dh love to see the bargains stores have left.
So we will be shopping Sears, JC Penny's, for a few trinkets for everybody's kids in family. Yikes
We always come home with the car packed, fun but truly tiring.
