badly needed DD. Haven't had one in too long. Shooting for liquids til dinner and then cottage cheese and yogurt (I find that cottage cheese holds me over for a lonnnnng time)

DDs are always tougher for me when I'm home and not at work. But I'm hoping to hold out with coffee & water as long as I can. Greek yogurt whenever I need it, and that should hold me over until dinner. That will likely be some form of chicken, and I'll be sure to include veggies too.

Feel like I will be good with fluids for most of the day. I work until 9 tonight, it is always a little harder to resist all the treats at work from like 6 on...

I will eat a frozen dinner at around 3 or 4.

I've had lots of water and a bite of chicken That's the closest I've ever come to a true DD. Very much looking forward to my UD tomorrow!
