FWIW I am still finding my DD easier if I have a very low carb dinner on the UD night before. A lumberjack portion of meat and low carb veggies with some kind of delicious high fat sauce or dressing, basically.

I also eat an egg every DD. I can't get through the day without a little protein. Years of habit, I guess.

Eggs make me hungry for some reason. I find I get much more protein for fewer calories with FF plain Greek yogurt.

Not in awhile. I have been on a sweet potato kick since I bought 50 pounds from a roadside vendor.
