UD Sunday Dec 15-What are you eating?

Good Morning!

Looking forward to my UD, even if I'm not currently hungry now.

B-2 eggs, scrambled in coconut oil
L-Leftover salmon patties
Supper-not sure. I'll most likely be going out, so probably a salad

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)

The rest of the day is up in the air. DH had to work unexpectedly last night (all night) and he's sleeping now, so I'll probably take the kiddo out to lunch somewhere.

B - BPC x 2 and a lot of cottage cheese
L - Leftover hamburger patty and leftover stir-fried bok choi/napa combo
Then we attended a holiday party. I had a lot of cut-up veggies and a few piles of buffalo chicken dip, as well as cheese and pepperoni.
D - chicken soup with gluc noodles
I have been trying diligently to avoid night eating, but I plan to have something else before I hit the sack tonight. Tomorrow I'm having a small benign cyst removed so I have to fast, surgery isn't until 2 pm. Not having food won't bother me, but I can't drink anything - yikes!

WOE: Low Carb
Start Date: Restart: July 14,2014 Restart
B: gingerbread bagel w/CC
L&D: assorted pieces of Park food leftover from my boys

Don't have any idea of the calorie count today, but I would assume it was low. The boys ate most of their food. I did have some garlic cheese bread... Not sure how many calories were in that.
