DD Saturday- What's the plan?

Mine is close to the same again...

B: coffee w/ ff h/h creamer = 20
L: X
D: Mushroom and broth soup = 50

S: ff greek yogurt = 80

Hate being on a DD on the weekends, however the sooner I keep true to my plan the sooner I will get to my goal! Have a great one!

Weekend DDs are so tough! I'm planning on coffee, water, and maybe some tea later... I'll wait as long as I can, and then have some Greek yogurt to hold me over until dinner. Probably my typical chicken and veggies.

I'm trying for a total fast (just water), but I may go out to dinner and have a salad.

I hate being on a DD on the weekend too, but it is easier when I am at work like today.

B: apple & coffee with peppermint mocha creamer (???)
I was really depressed this morning and had a cup of coffee when I got to work. There was not a lot of creamer left in the bottle, so I didn't do too much damage.

L: frozen meal (270)

So I might have gone a bit over my 360 today, but at least I stayed on plan ( so far... It is only 1:30!)

Two eggs and a bowl of soup at 11:30 am. Was hungry after getting on the road at 5am to come home from a few days away. Will gnaw on my knuckles if I'm hungry this evening. I will be happy to wake up to an UD tomorrow.

I don't mind a DD at weekends particularly, I just think how lucky I am that the next day is an UD.

WOE: Thinking of trying NK
I have been sticking with really boring DDs and so far it's working so well, I'm gonna keep it up! I have water first thing in the a.m., sometimes with lemon. Then later two coffees with a teaspoon of coconut oil and packet of yoohoo mix each - one around 9-9:30 and the second around 1:30-2 pm, and lots of water throughout the day. One meal at around 7ish, usually a sandwich with either turkey breast or Hebrew National FF hot dogs and a half cup or so of veggies. Counting the coconut oil, the day comes in at around 250 cals depending on whether I use a low-carb sub roll or Ouizoid tortilla for my sandwich. I'm finding I'm not obsessing much about food on DDs with this repetitive menu, and I think it's helping a lot to have the extended fast time between my last meal of my UD and the first (and only) meal of my DD. It's definitely a work in progress!

Well I blew it worse than above by the end of the day... I blame it on TOM stopping by today. I got so stressed at work tha I ate some black licorice .... Then I got home and thought I would eat that cookie that I have been saving from a DD last week... But I had a 170 cal protein bar instead.

I fell off JUDDD around the middle of December the last time I tried... I am not going totally this time. Just going to do the best I can to stay on rotations.
