Me too!!! I feel so swollen this morning. I hate that. I know it is because i ate more carbs than im used to yesterday. I have been eating about 20 to 30 carbs per day and yesterday i ate about 85. that is still technically really low but it isnt for me!!

I am ready to deflate today!!!

Right now im having coffee with 1/2T Coconut and davinci sugar free english toffee

I am going to try to hold off eating as long as i possibly can but i will take a gluc/gelatin shake to work and my raw cabbage with shrimp in case i need it.
No workout this morning. I'll go to the gym after work.

I know what you mean Shelly. I try to stay in the 20-30 range daily too but since starting JUDDD this week I thought I would give eating a bit more carbs a try but I think I will have to drop back down so my body feels right.

I'm going to try to hold out as long as possible too. Last DD I made it until 1pm. Gonna try for 3pm today before I have a Cup a Soup.

Me, too! I was kind of snacky yesterday, ate lots of good things, and enjoyed them, but I am ready for some moderation today.
My plan is water throughout the day, a cup of broth just before I go out this evening, and a grapefruit while I am out. I love them, and they take a long time to peel and section, so it will be perfect while we are all hanging out.

Grapefruit sounds wonderful!! I tell you what. One thing I really am hoping is that I can enjoy fruit again eating this way. I have really missed apples and grapefruit!!!
I know I need to stay away from the crappy carbs. With all of the cookies around work that was too hard to resist. I know I messed up by eating too many of them yesterday.

So far so good on not eating anything yet but I am hungry. I am having coffee with 1T cocoa and some peppermint extract right now. It is sooo good!!! Today is cocoa day at work so we have lots of packets of cocoa that is loaded with sugar and marshmallows of course...lol

None for me!!!

Im with u!
I said good by to the left over chicken and dumplings last night, they are long gone.
On Fridays my father n law usually stays with us over night.
SO I will do my duty at staying low calorie until evening time.
You guys are doing great, just keep on keeping on.
UD-dd-UD-dd.
Throughout the day for me, broth, "diet coke my love" little nourishment as possible.
Looking forward to dinner or dinner tonight out tonight.
For me a good Dd for me means the old saying -- less is really more

I ate too much yesterday and went over my calories. Looking forward to having less today!

Morning: coffee w/h&h, peppermint tea

In the afternoon I will have some chicken broth

D: either chili or greek yogurt w/Fiber One cereal (depends on whether or not DH has gotten to the chili before me!)

S: protein hot cocoa

Target: 450 calories

I'm going to allow for 500 calories today. Yesterday I allowed myself up to 2000, but wound up finishing at 1794 (that never happens to me!) so today I'll have a few more and tomorrow I'll be out and about and will allow myself a nice, big, creamy coffee on my UD, so I might wind up more like 2000 for the day.

B: Black coffee
L: Chobani
S: Coffee/HWC
D: Big salad with 1 oz cheddar cubes and salsa dressing

Target: 500 or less - protein will be low today though

I got up at 5am so this day seems to be long. I was alot hungrier today then past DD. So far I've had a cup a soup and some cabbage.

I was hungry this AM. Most likely due to TOM. I never eat before 2pm on a DD but my stomach was not feeling it today.

B: Half mini bagel
L: Chobani flip

Total: 200 calories.

Done for the day. Just going to keep the fluids coming.

* We had a sales rep come do a presentation today at lunch, and he bought us lunch. On a DD - just my luck. Who scheduled this?!?! Oh, wait, me. I told people to pick what they wanted for lunch, everyone hemmed and hawed so I finally picked - a local Asian restaurant that I don't like and I just got a plain bowl of white rice (a la potato) and was happy as a clam!

Had an inadvertent second down day in a row--stuck doing errands and in traffic jams all day. Oddly, it wasn't that hard---yay JUDDD!
B: black coffee
L: coffee with hwc, 2 tbs.
D (late): 4 boiled shrimp, 2 oz tuna tartare, glass champagne

Around 340 cals

Carol, I'll be with you in the 2000cal club on Saturday, after 2 down days in a row! My UD limit is 1951--looking forward to meeting and exceeding it!

Ooooh, Cindy, you just reminded me about lamb. Must work some lamb chops into Monday's up day...Saturday is already spoken for! Can't tell the girls it's lamb, though.
