L: poached salmon with salsa verde and cauliflower, curried celery root soup, veg with hummus (can you tell I like my vegetables?), 1/2 oz nuts
D: Slow-roasted pork shoulder (aka porchetta) Italian-style, sauteed red cabbage. Cheesecake for dessert, and a half of a delicious Anjou pear
