I haven't been sick in years but I have been doing JUDDD for almost 2 years and outside of a few migraines, I have not been sick a single day during that time.

I haven't been sick since I started. Dh had a bad cold a month ago, and I didn't pick anything up.
I don't get sick that much, usually 1 or 2 colds/year.

I'm sick right now as well, but the frequency of my catching any sort of illness has gone down dramatically. I think the last time I was sick was in June of this year, and that was only for a couple days with a slight cold. Before that, it was February, right before I started JUDDD and pterostilbene.

I've had one week of a virus-like illness that I can remember in a year's time. And a few hangovers.

Overall, yes, I am sick LESS than before. I find that when I do catch something, it seems to be less severe. I have horrible seasonal allergies and usually can predict when I'll be in the doc for sinus infections, but haven't been since Juddding last Nov (Nov of '12, that is).

I would have to say so. I don't think I've had anything since starting JUDDD in September 2012. My allergies are tons better. I have WAY less headaches. I'm so glad you're experiencing this too!

I have been sick twice since I started JUDDD in October... I am currently fighting a week long head cold... But I work in a public library ( anyone who has ever worked for a public library knows what a germ hole that is!) and I have a 4 and a 6 year old.
I am just doomed...

Yes! This is the first cold that I've had since I started JUDDD in March of 2012. That is the reason I feel like I can't even complain about being sick.
I use to catch anything going around. Now I never catch what DW has and I never catch what my clients have.

I find it amazing and have written about it in my journal if not in other places around here.
