I had some coffee with CO and 2 hard boiled eggs and 9 almonds so far..290
Lunch is chicken tortilla soup.. 160
snack is greek yogurt..80
D-??? Not sure yet.. I guess it will depend on where I am calorie wise. I need about 1000 calories.. yikes.. maybe a cheesesteak with out the bread!!

Yay for Up Day! :D:jumpjoy: I had one of my lowest DDs ever yesterday, and still up 5 lbs from my lowest weight, so I think I've actually gained some real lbs, not just water. But today is eat day.:p

B - Coffee w/SF cream - 80
pack of crackers - 210
2 mini snickers - 84

L-Atkins Frozen dinner - 330
Activia strawberry yogurt - 110

Will pick up dinner for DBF and me, and I have 1000 calories to play with.:clap:

Chicken and DUMPLINGS Shay, we r on the same wave link.
I have chicken defrosting now.
I weighted again today one more pound down. That makes 5lbs lost in over
16 days on JUDDD.
Have sweet potato cooking for my break the fast mode. 10:45am here. Was oping to posting till noon, but little yukie creeping in.

B: Bagel thin with cc. I wanted an egg as well, but I wasn't expecting the snow to start so early and I had to get on the road.

L: Ginger chicken, black beans and corn.
D: Salad with turkey breasts and chick peas.
S: A mini red-velvet cupcake. I am so looking forward to it.

Wish I was snowed in. Why didn't I choose to teach full-time again?

Well I'm 433 calories away from being done for the day, but I can eat good on that. Sushi here I come!!! This looks like a delish UD from what I've read. :yummy: Dumplings and someone mentioned pizza. 2 of my favorites! I'll be in a carb coma later.:stars:

I don't really feel like getting up to make anything, but I do have to get up to make some lunch for my 4 yr old. Maybe I will find something while I am making his.

Really want the cookie I left at work that I couldn't eat yesterday!!!! Why didn't I take it with me!?!

Hooray for UD's!!!

Breakfast today 2 eggs cooked in the micro with 1T coconut flour and davincis sf English toffee syrup and about 7 almonds
Bullet proof coffee

Snack of protein shake with gelatin, maca, almond milk, protein powder and cocoa

lunch was leftover turkey tetrazzini...yummy!!!
And I had 3 of those wonderful Danish cookies that were staring at me yesterday. I stood strong yesterday!!

I have some yogurt for a late afternoon snack if I need it.

Dinner not sure yet. Maybe a hamburger patty with a salad?

L: coffee w/half & half and 1 tsp coconut oil, sf banana chocolate chip muffin, and 8 pita chips
S: mini whoopie pie (the holiday treats are making their way to the office!)
D: leftover lasagna (eating early because I am teaching a class tonight)
S: have almost 600 calories left for the day so will probably have a protein hot cocoa and something else when I get home later

Our kitchen has no fresh eggs anywhere.
To many cloudy days in a role for the girls to lay eggs.
Girls as in our 20 chickens.
I will not buy unhappy eggs. No way.
So now eggs on my diet til winter breaks, yikes.

Never heard of this. Pray tell?

I ended up at the grocery store and bought ground round, tomatoes and rice and made one of my staple dinners. Will add sharp cheddar cheese shredded over the whole bit.:yummy: I also have a hershey's butterfinger pie for dessert. :)

L: Pizza Pizza Hawaiian Pizza slice; large (like 2 slices in one, there is a such thing as too much toppings.)
D: Grilled Cheese & turkey sandwich

Well I had 433 left but pretty sure I went over. Was supposed to be around 1750 and I think I am more like 2000. Hopefully will have a good dd tomorrow. And I guess I could watch the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show for motivation (more like depression) lol. Anyway not going to get too worried about it. :aprayer:

I take a packet of Diet Swiss Miss cocoa and mix it with anywhere between 1/2- full scoop of whey protein powder (usually unflavored) and a little bit of almond milk to make a paste. First of all, YUM on your breakfast. Wouldn't be too heavy for me! :o
Secondly, um NO! There's no such thing as too many toppings.

I'm beginning to remember how I gained all that weight in the first place. :lol:

B - BP coffee, almond flour pumpkin waffle with s/f syrup
L - Cup of homemade oyster stew, half a maria sub roll with butter, chopped salad
D - V small portion of pressure-cooker chicken breast and broccoli so I wouldn't be hungry for...
Cocktail party - no booze, but had quite a few shrimp with cocktail sauce, and a few cubes of cheese. Shrimp was so good!

I have no idea on calories :( But I don't "feel" like I overdid it by much, if at all.
