Well I started out STARVING! So the meal I typically eat between 9:30 and 10:30 is already done! :D

Cottage cheese 80c
quest bar 210c
hoping to keep it around 600c
I'm having a Moderate Day:
Bananas while I drive down to get Middlest, then a lunch of pork ribs and greens at Black-Eyed Pea on the way back, and no dinner this evening.
Tomorrow will be a True Down Day.
Hello there, JUDDD-ers! It's 5:30 pm in these parts, and so far I have had...NOTHING (if you don't count black coffee and mineral water).
I may go now and have another coffee with HWC.

1 slice lowfat cheese
100 gram 0% fromage frais with 1/2 tsp. dutch cocoa and sweetener
200 cals in all
I think I'm so un-hungry due to yesterday's blowout, highest-ever intake. Maybe I'll keep this pattern up and see how it works?

Those ribs are a new discovery for me. I love 'em!
First DD for me in a long time.
Not feeling the best and not entirely sure why.
So far today I've had two Excedrin and a glass of water. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.

Two eggs, mid-afternoon. It seems hard to believe I can do this given my huge UDs.
I was hungry today, but am so tired I think I'll fall asleep before I'm tempted to eat too much more.
