I am a little grumpy about this DD...
I am not hungry... But I don't feel well still and want to eat things. I ate very little this weekend in bed... now I want a cookie gosh darn it!!!!

Well, I put that cookie in a bag and I will eat it tomorrow.
I am just going to go mope around.

220 calories and feeling good...I'm hoping to keep it there for the day...did two UD's this weekend and have a challenging week ahead. Got to try to be extra low on DD's.

I'm impressed. I don't think I could have half a donut on DD.

I'm getting ready for bedtime snack:
4 oz celery= 16
w/ 2T Skinnyeats Caesar dressing= 15

And maybe a magic pop with laughing cow and turkey pepperoni= 85

Total= 116- this is the plan anyway.
I have some Lettuce if I need volume= 15 w/ vinegar.

well my DD turned into a MD, i think. ended with 760 cals. the good news is there were very few carbs involved in my food today.... glad i am back to normal tomorrow!

Who knew a KFC thigh would be 220 cal!
But need it earlier anyway.
My one lonely egg for supper takes me up to
300 cal I'm pleased.
Note to self stay away from Colonel Sanders on dd.
Colleen I'd count 760 as a dd. not bad at all for me anyway.
Tmw UD here we come, I'm thinking something gravy and biscuits relate.

I keep thinking "tomorrow I cant eat what I want" but the down side of that is "crap! There is nothing I really want to eat." LOL I think tomorrow will be harder...the "what am I going to eat dilemma".

Shantony, that's so true. I had a kind of a list in my head when I started JUDDD-ing of "delicious things I haven't eaten in a while since I've been dieting (and, incidentally, getting fatter by 14 lbs.)." Now that I've eaten my way through that list (it took 4 up days!) I am not all that jazzed by the thought of getting to eat again tomorrow, which is the strangest thing EVER. Plus, I'm still kind of full from yesterday's 1750 cals.

Maybe this mental adjustment is part of the JUDDD magic? When you can have anything you want, and you find that you don't want all that much, you eat less without struggling?
