DD Saturday - what's cooking?
Nothing's cooking here today! It's going to be easy or nothing for me.
B: Hot tea w/sweetener
L: Hot tea w/sweetener
D: 4 scrambled eggs w/salsa
Target: 400 or less
B: coffee w/cream
L: chicken broth
D: 3 oz extra lean ground beef sautéed with 1/3 bag cole slaw mix and a Laughing Cow light cheese wedge
S: 100 calorie bag popcorn
Maybe a protein hot cocoa if needed.
Target cals - 450
I'm having pinto beans soup, cooked with bacon of course.
And Little corn bread.
Low calorie day so far for me until beano meal.
Tmw cookies r on my menu!

L - HB patty plain
D - pickle, coffee with HWC
No cooking here today. DH ate leftovers all day :)
I slept in, and had two coffees throughout the day with 1 tsp coconut oil and 1 packet of yoohoo chocolate mix. Plenty of water, too. Then late dinner for me was a turkey sandwich on a Maria sub bun, with lots of lettuce and a tsp of bleu cheese dressing, and a side dish of a half cup of home-canned dilly green beans. Under 350 cals for the day.
No choice, had to cook for DH! But for myself:
B - Black coffee
L - Chicken Bullion
D - sauteed Green beans (haricot verts), Indian style tea and more tea, 1/4 persimmon
Hoping to end the day around 300 cal.:dunno: Mind you, that's what I've been saying for the past week then late night snack calls me!:o
Still sick, but got up around 6 pm and made some soup (200)
coffee with sf hazelnut - 60
little can of tuna with some add ins - 100
3 magic pops for my "tuna dip" - 45
international swiss mocha coffee - 40
up to 245. may or may not have some broth later if i need it. trying to NOT eat as much at night.
