Just realized there is no DD post for today. I haven't even been participating in these posts lately, but here goes!

coming off an UUAD - stupid yummy delish pizza...

anyway -

coffee with sf creamer
cup of soup to warm my bones
grilled fish

about 175 cal is the plan

i wish I were the type to just go all day without eating. Maybe one day i'll be!

B - skinny caramel latte (125)
L - few bites of leftover chili (50), Broccoli in tomato sauce (75), some mexican pasta from the cafe (100)

Going to try to leave it at 350 for the day.

I really wanted yogurt this morning, but this stupid cold's still kicking my behind, so I opted for a protein bar instead.

B: Quest bar - coconut cashew - and coffee (175)
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)
D: ??

I may have some broth or tea throughout the day as well.

There are a few hamburger and chicken sandwiches at McDonald's for 400 or less. McDouble is 380 cals, I think. Plus the salads, of course. :)

I ended up having a med. iced coffee w/light cream, and then a Atkins protein bar (130).

Still planning on a sandwich or salad for dinner.
