Up Day- Friday plans?

TGIF!!!!!!!!!!

B- 2 eggs/toast 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken/tomato/cottagecheese/cranberry 300c
D - Ordering Pizza and yes, there will be WINE!

I have over 1100c for pizza. It will be late, so I may have to grab a snack to tide me over. DH and I are chaperoning a Middle School Dance! DH keeps telling DD12, we will dance, we will kiss....we will embarrass! She is not impressed! Dance is from 6-8

Happy Friday UD!!! Our favorites. Tonight after work we're going to T.G.I Friday's for dinner for a work gathering so I'm not intending to count today.

B: Bagel thin with cc and boiled egg
L: Yogurt and chicken patty.

Not outing calories but not over stuffing either, those lines run close together for me.
I plan to start making Xmas cookies LATER on today.
Peanut butter cookies will be on my UD menu, aiming for 3 cookies
Possibly going out for steak dinner this evening with hubby.
Which will include baked potatoes-butter-sour cream, toast OHHH MYYY

hmmmm this is not a menu at all. My week has been a bit topsy turvy with family emergencies and not my usual schedule. I made a lot of food last night to take to family to help with their emergency - and hadn't thought to make something for me.

We fly out to Hollywood tonight and are slated for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. So I'm trying to save as much as I can for that.

D: Going to a friends purse party and there will be wine, and appetizers and I'm sure dessert, so I'll nibble and sip away.

Not counting because I won't know calories of the foods available, but I'll try and keep in in the under 2000 range via estimation

It is a parent's responsibility to embarrass the teenage offspring. Do a good job.

B - BP Coffee and full-fat Fage
L - Was supposed to be soup, but I made coconut flour donuts and ended up eating 1.5 of those, and a few slices of cheese
D - Organic grass-fed ground beef burgers with sauteed onions and mushrooms, and a big delicious salad
S - half of a donut

The recipe made 11 donuts, DH ate a few, I ate 2, so there are still more left...I will not listen if they call my name on tomorrow's DD!
