YES!
Not outing calories but not over stuffing either, those lines run close together for me.
I plan to start making Xmas cookies LATER on today.
Peanut butter cookies will be on my UD menu, aiming for 3 cookies:)
Possibly going out for steak dinner this evening with hubby.
Which will include baked potatoes-butter-sour cream, toast OHHH MYYY :)
Good day everybody

Goner 12-06-2013 06:35 AM

Yeah UD

b/ coffee with half and half, bacon, egg salad
l/ salad
d/ not sure yet -

hmmmm this is not a menu at all. :dunno: My week has been a bit topsy turvy with family emergencies and not my usual schedule. I made a lot of food last night to take to family to help with their emergency - and hadn't thought to make something for me. ;)

Yennie 12-06-2013 06:58 AM

We fly out to Hollywood tonight and are slated for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. So I'm trying to save as much as I can for that.
B: Coffee w HWC & SF Vanilla
L: More fluids hopefully
S: If I need it I'll get the fruit & cheese plate on the plane
D: No idea but I'm sure it will be wonderful & likely involve appreciable quantities of alcohol

sorenkkg 12-06-2013 08:40 AM

Have fun Jen! :hiya:

So far, I've had a bowl of Chex cereals (rice and corn mixed), with almond milk.

L: not sure

D: sushi.

OMG, I have to be in a taxi cab at 4am!!!

Low Carb Librarian 12-06-2013 10:16 AM

Still felling yucky today, but I had to get up and go to work today.
:(
B: gingerbread bagel w/cream cheese
L: ? Maybe sushi if I want to splurge
D: ? Probably nothing... Just don't feel like eating.

LoCarbGal 12-06-2013 12:30 PM

Feel better LCL!

So sorry about the family emergency Goner.

B: Coffee/HWC and 2 Russell Stover's Milk Chocolate covered Marshmallow snowmen - yes I did!
L: Chobani and maybe an apple
D: Going to a friends purse party and there will be wine, and appetizers and I'm sure dessert, so I'll nibble and sip away.

Not counting because I won't know calories of the foods available, but I'll try and keep in in the under 2000 range via estimation
