Because I'm so far ahead of the time zone of most posters, my Wednesday Down Day is coming to a close. I'm trying to decide how to handle dinner, having got through on 20 cals of cream in coffee...

Kind of looking forward to the end of it. I need to find the last burst of energy for the end of the day. Maybe some affirmations:
1. yay I did it!
2. weight is dropping off, even if it's just water, as I spent half the day in the bathroom;
3. yummies coming tomorrow;
4. If I don't eat now my fatburning overnight will go through the roof! Can't give up now!

I'm with you! I've only had coffee thus far today. I have an orange here with me, and may have some broth later. I'm not really hungry so far, though. We'll see what the day brings.

B- protein shake, lots of tea and some 1/2 & 1/2.
L - turkey chili & a few peppercinis (i couldn't even finish the chili - i may have it later this afternoon).
D - nothing, assuming i go to spin later and am too tired to eat :laugh:

2 cups coffee= 60

bedtime snack plan:
yogurt with walden farm marshmellow dip= 40
3 deli pops= 30
laughing cow light wedge= 35
1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni= 35

Total= 200

didn't make it to spin, so I had green beans for dinner :)

Total= 240. I'm going for half ounce of turkey pepperoni for another 35.
