D - something with chicken. Probably rice or I think we may have tater tots in the freezer....YUM
I have 1100c for Dinner and beyond. I am certain I will use them!

Having some stress-- my dog is worrying at his paw, and it is not healing from minor surgery the other day. He's popped his stitches, and while it's not bleeding, it's still ugly.
anyway, working on solutions for that, since of course, I'm traveling on Saturday.

D: planning a big roast beef, so DH has it for most of next week when I'm gone. Green beans.
Try putting a sock over his paw. It will offer a bit of protection and keep him from being able to worry at it. You can add a bit of padding if you like but sometimes a thick athletic sock is enough to offer the padding they need. You can loosely tape it at the top of the leg to keep it on. Most tolerate it well.
I don't know what I'm eating today. I guess we'll see what the day brings. Breakfast so far is the usual coffee with HWC and SF Vanilla.
Thanks Jen! I do have a sock on it...we have a whole collection of black and grey socks dedicated to the paws of my dog(s). ;) He's just running through them faster than usual b/c the wound is still open and... sigh.
but it is so much better than binding him into a bandage he hates!
I had a naan bread (300 cal) and a can of tuna, no mayo. Then, about 1c of diced roasted veggies-- omg, they get so sweet, just on their own! :yummy:

We had my fave BBQ place for lunch, and picked up a Costco chicken that I will use for dinner, and for the DD tomorrow.
Hubs is kind of JUDDDing as well, when he remembers. I don't want him to feel like I'm pushing it on him so I try not to make a big deal out of it. But yesterday which was a DD he says, "I news a DD soon, I weighed myself at the gym..." So DD it was for us both!!
B - BPC and Fage full-fat yogurt
L - a few spoonsful of chicken salad since I was in a rush!
D - Veal paprikash over miracle noodles
S - Felt a little hungry so I had some leftover chicken salad on half a Maria sub roll
I need to do a better job of tracking calories. I made all this food (except for the yogurt) but have no idea how many calories any of it has. I've been too lazy to plug it all into a calculator :(

Penguin: I think if we make it through the month, it's a win. Jan 1 is right around the corner (can't come soon enough).
I finished the day carbier than I wanted, but there it is.
Plan to drink lots of water and tea tomorrow.
