Salad; loaded with high alkaline foods

sunflower seed crackers
Grapefruit & orange sections

Lots of water and NO coffee, trying to break my java habit :p

Not counting today, but this will be the last of most of the food. Maybe just a little turkey breast left, which will be very welcome for tomorrow's DD.

Interesting day for me, I didn't have as hard a time staying up to or under my UD cals of 1949 once I realized it should be that number instead of the 1300 I had previously thought. Came in with 13 cals under. And stayed LC

I had a small piece of peanut butter pie at work, then dinner was Texas Roadhouse. A few peanuts, 1/2 a roll, 6 oz sirloin, green beans and baked sweet potato.
