No Sunday Down Day thread?

I couldn't find one posted, so even though it is the end of the day, here it is.

I am water fasting today. And tomorrow, too. Not the usual thing, but I am having to fast for a medical reason. At least I have practice, and know what I am doing!

Wish I could have some of those great looking Thanksgiving leftovers!

So today I had coffee, tea, broth. 1 oz turkey, 1 egg white, 4oz tilapia and cauliflower.

I was doing well until around 7:00...

I had
B: apple
L/D: frozen meal ( 250)

Then I went to Discovery Kingdom to meet up with my husband and kids. They had ordered a plate of chicken strips with fries... I had a few fries... I had too many fries ... I don't even know the cal count.

But they were soooooo good!
