Exercise Check-In - December 2013
 
Staying active for December so I don't have to make any resolutions to get back on track this year!

12/1 - 65 minute run/walk 6.49 miles (my fastest 5k and 10k also!), 896 calories

I'm only doing cardio for the month of December. I'm embarking on an intense strength training program in the new year that requires that I do little to no cardio so I'm getting my fill of it until the end of the year.

My knees were feeling a bit tender last night, so I'm taking a Rest Day. I sure hope my hula hooping isn't causing it!

*No formal exercise today, but I was on my feet pretty continuously all day, and moving around a lot. I climbed the step ladder about 800,000 times. Well maybe not quite, but it was a whole lot of times! I'm totally counting it.

I have been really lazy this month. I have done some easy things like push ups everyday and some HIIT.
Today im going to the gym after work.
I know it will feel great!! I cant wait!!
