I have to get back in gear! I really started slacking in the end of November.

12/1- Running on elliptical- 20 minutes 2.8 miles.
12/3- Stationary bike- 11:50 minutes 2.8 miles.
12/15- Running on elliptical- 16 minutes 2.5 miles. Running on elliptical 13:30- 2.05 miles.
12/18- Running on elliptical 15:50 minutes- 2.6 miles. Biking 7:40 minutes-1.6 miles.
12/21- 30 minute walk 1.5 miles.
12/22- 40 minutes walking.
12/23- Running on elliptical 2.4 miles- 15:30 minutes.

12/2 - rest day
12/3 - rest day
12/4 - 11 minute run/walk, 40 minutes of weight lifting, 522 calories
12/5 - rest day
12/6 - 55 minutes of weight lifting, 524 calories
12/7 - rest day
12/8 - rest day (ice/snow prevented a trip to the gym)
12/9 - 55 minutes of weight lifting, 524 calories
12/10 - Overdid it yesterday and now my back hurts, rest day
12/11 - rest day
12/12 - rest day, back still hurts but a little better
12/13 - rest day,
12/14 - 65 minutes of weight lifting, 599 calories
12/15 - 50 minute/4.6 mile run, 629 calories
12/16 - rest day
12/17 - rest day
12/18 - 65 minutes of weight lifting, 599 calories
12/19 - 12/23 - Sick with a cold! Maybe I will be better in the morning and get an early workout before the holiday!

I'm still not 100% to be able to work out hard, so I've decided to take it easy on that front until the new year. I'm still going to take my weight on 31st and "reboot" my program from that starting point. I'm still sticking to JUDDD eating even without the exercise but I need both to see better results. Hang in there everybody, 2013 is coming to a close and I know we will all achieve our ultimate goals in 2014!

My plans are to hit the Tabata/Sprint 8 workouts starting in January, and keep up with something most days. 2014, here we come!

Got my Jawbone UP all set up last night. I'm shooting for 10,000 steps per day. I have no idea if that's a lot, or just normal.

Congrats to everybody who was able to workout most days through December! It wasn't to be so for me but I am joining the fun again in January slowly easing back into it for the first couple of weeks and getting serious with my six day a week plan again going forward.

You are one amazing and inspirational bunch!

In addition to my regular exercise I joined a push-up challenge for next year. It is 20,014 push-ups in 2014. It averages to just under 55 push-ups a day all year long. Seems doable. I'll be tracking daily and ongoing totals here with my other exercise posts. I was thinking I might throw in body weight squats and planks and do it as a daily morning wake up exercise session. We will see.
