12/1 - 65 minute run/walk 6.49 miles (my fastest 5k and 10k also!), 896 calories
12/2 - rest day
12/3 - rest day
12/4 - 11 minute run/walk, 40 minutes of weight lifting, 522 calories
12/5 - rest day
12/6 - 55 minutes of weight lifting, 524 calories
12/7 - rest day
12/8 - rest day (ice/snow prevented a trip to the gym)
12/9 - 55 minutes of weight lifting, 524 calories

I've decided to switch my HIIT bike workouts to UD mornings, so I can eat my 100 calorie Chobani right after and not have to angst about using up so many calories right away on a DD. It worked just fine to do it Monday, but I'm really afraid it'll stress me out, so why go there.

Hey guys. I've been down with the flu the past few days. Could barely move my body for the past two. Won't be doing any more exercise till next week hopefully and most of my days have been "down days" which is ironic (warning...impending TMI) since I can't keep anything I try to feed my body "down".

Can't wait to be healthy and back to my workouts. See ya soon!

Kidding, we use to be gym rats, until my knees went south.
12-17 pm very proud of getting to eliptical .50 mile, level one. No extra pain, so far.
Benched pressed 45 lbs 8rep. X 4
I m sore in upper chest, just right
Ab crunches, 8 rep. X 4
Arm curls 8-4
Gosh I had forgot I did so much.
Just right amount of exercise for getting back into the swing of the gym.

Newbie alert!!!

Just "restarted" JUDDD today. I have managed to loose 10 pounds over the past 2 months with exercise and some calorie management. Exercise is a must for me since I'm fun sized!! I use mainly workout DVDs and my TotalGym.

12/18 - A.m. - Lower body warmup, +2 miles with Leslie. Lunch - quick circuit on the TG.

5pm plans again for the gym.
Start with elliptical .50 mile, level one,
Hubby says I start off slow and taper off he's a funny guy.
Benched pressed 45 lbs 8rep. X 4
Ab crunches, 8 rep. X 4
Arm curls 8-4
Hoping to do the above again.
We'll add something with no knees needed.
I'm tickled to be back at the gym.
Hd loves it too.

I have to get back in gear! I really started slacking in the end of November.

12/1- Running on elliptical- 20 minutes 2.8 miles.
12/3- Stationary bike- 11:50 minutes 2.8 miles.
12/15- Running on elliptical- 16 minutes 2.5 miles. Running on elliptical 13:30- 2.05 miles.
12/18- Running on elliptical 15:50 minutes- 2.6 miles. Biking 7:40 minutes-1.6 miles.
12/21- 30 minute walk 1.5 miles.
