Yes, way over. At least a few hundred over if not much more.
I don't recommend doing them frequently, but hey... They happen!

Colleen I think I'm in the boat with you. Its 11:22pm and I'm not the least bit tired. I was contemplating doing some exercise and thought "its way too late at night for that! I've got things to do tomorrow!" LOL

You know, I've tried some of the delicious sounding SF creamers and they just don't do it for me. I guess I'm more about the creamy texture than the special flavors.

I feel like I've lost my mojo, and can't seem to move on with weight loss. I stick to rotations for a week, then have a couple of UDs in a row, get back down to my low (if I'm lucky), then another 2-3 UDs in a row...can't seem to get in the spirit to just keep it steady losing. I feel like I'll never get anywhere near goal, and I won't like this.
I kind of wish I could give up the HWC, but I love it so. I think Jen's point about taking a break is a good one. If you're not feeling it right now, and you're struggling with the up and down, maybe a break would give you some peace of mind not to be in "diet mode". I'm not saying go off the rails of course, but just not to be focusing on it so much. Just giving yourself permission to do that for a bit, you might find you're ready to hit it again before you know it.

Carol,
I'm with you on the HWC. 1 TBS and 1 TBS SF vanilla syrup in my coffee in the morning. I'd rather "waste" cals on the HWC and get my coffee how I like it! Plus it holds me so long during the day!!

I am the odd one out on the HWC. Even when I was doing LC I couldn't wait to go back to skim milk in my coffee. I do occasionally add some creamer these days but although I love cream on puddings I prefer my coffee and tea simpler.

Thank you lovely Cindy LG, the photo was taken while I was in Italy in October. I've on.y just got around to sorting them. It was a chance selfie when I was laughing with my dearest friend. Captures how I feel when I am with her.

Cindy, you are the only one who can decide what is best for you. Personally I favour keeping on keeping on. If a break means we wouldn't see you here then I am definitely against it!

At last the scale dropped below 130 again. I have to say they were being very stubborn. Hope the bounce isn't too high tomorrow.

Kissa, I am loving your new avi and your quote.

So I've been up since 4am. Thank god I fell asleep early. The BF is a cop and when there is a storm coming in it's all hands on deck. That means even if you're off you have to be at the precinct by 5am. I don't know why he didn't feel the need to stay at his own place last night seeing as it's closer to work. Men!

The storm is supposed to start within the hour. Most schools are closed, but I hope it holds off until 9 am so I can get into work without the yahoos driving like complete morons.

Good morning! It's my last day of work for the year today. Just got back from my walk and was contemplating my lack of mojo, lol. The bad thing is, I cannot take a break or I will have an even worse time trying to start losing again. The most I can do is have the occasional double UD, which will keep me from gaining too much, but won't help me lose either. Even when I'm doing things perfectly, 2-3 lbs a month is about the best I can do. Really sick of my broken metabolism lol. Anyway, no pity parties here, it's a great day.

Good Morning All.

I'm up and I've eaten. I have a final exam this afternoon. Not looking forward to it. I am energetic though. I've learned a valuable lessen. Dont eat grits and pork chops as your breakfast on an UD ....tooo heavy...my tummy doth protest. Have a great day!

UD here today.. I was up till after 11 last night wide awake too!!
Do you sometimes find it hard to eat on an ud after you have a good DD? My weigh in was awesome so I find myself not wanting to eat on an UD as I feel like I will jinx it..The weird thing is I had so much to eat this weekend in Philly,, I even had bread and cookies which I stay away from because of my IBS,, and lost weight after my DD!! I got to eat,, got to eat.. haha..

Sometimes I want to extend the fast as long as I can on UDs, yes. I love that empty feeling, and when I know I CAN eat, I seem to be able to put it off. So great that you could enjoy your weekend of eating and then be rewarded by a nice loss!

I'm always struck with such indecision on my UDs that I end up delaying my meals. I'm not a huge breakfast eater anyway so that helps. I spend my whole DD thinking about all the deliciousness I can eat on my UD, and then I don't want to waste it, so then I'm trapped in this loop of what am I going to eat! Some days I contemplate eating nothing but cake, or a 2# Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. And I never do. Because I know it would make me sick. But man I want that stuff on some tough DDs.
I really wish I could finally get to a point in my life where food was just fuel and thats the end of it. My car doesn't sit around dreaming of the day I take it to the gas station...can I channel my car's inner zen?

I am one who puts of eating on UDs as a rule, but I still manage all my calories with no trouble. Of course I have been mown to enjoy a glass of wine or two to help on occasion.

I am loving the JUDDD board this month. So many dear friends back posting, SlowSure is the latest. Makes me very happy.

Same here. HWC does it for me. Those flavored things don't so I invest 50-100 calories in HWC per day. Every day.

Ugh I got my DL renewed today and this picture was almost as bad as my last one with the exception that I wasn't 200 lbs this time and I did have on some make up. My last one looks like a mug shot. So at least it's not as bad as the last one. I wonder if anyone ever takes a good DL picture.

I am having a hard time eating today. I had to force myself to eat and everything i ate made my tummy grumble. This sounds crazy but I have to make myself eat at least 550 more calories to make sure I eat enough calories today. No idea what it will be since I got rid of all the "good stuff" out of my house and I dont want to eat my DD food.

It gets easier to eat on UDs in a few weeks to a month or so. Too easy! Some people do have stomach distress after eating on UDs, and I'm not sure what's been recommended to combat it. I think small meals without too many carbs (or fat?) at a time might help. That seems to get better with time too, although some JB's still complain of it.

My latest one from a couple of weeks ago stinks too, Beverly. The one I had done 12 years ago was actually one of the best pictures of me, no joke. It was well lit, I was facing the right way and smiling. I was thin, hair and makeup looked good. I'm so sad to give that one up!

I haven't had one like that probably in 20 years. Lol. I didn't have on any mascara either so that didn't help. Oh well we don't have to wear them like a badge so that good right? Haha
