Kathy, I was relieved to see a UD here at last (unless it's a typo). It's important to do alternate ups and downs, otherwise you're not doing JUDDDD, you're just doing a low-cal diet and you'll find yourself struggling.

Hi Flossyliz,
I started late to the Dec. weigh-in's and was only weighing EOD after a DD. I just started weighing and posting everyday. I am alternating UD & DD.

I'm in the same boat my friend! I am searching to get back to my pre-April vacation weight! I just love your attitude of "getting back on horse" right away and really going at it with full speed, exercise and all. Inspirational!

After looking at BF, clothes &c I’m setting my goal at 115 — and staying below 119 (8˝ stone). So I’ll keep plugging on for now, do what I can over Christmas, and work on the last few pounds in the New Year.

Kissa, I think it’s made a big difference that my husband is doing something similar. When I tried it before, there was no JUDDD section on LCF, and my husband was travelling a lot, so I was doing it on my own. I think that all contributed to the disordered eating feeling. I felt lightheaded and didn’t want to eat anything on up days. It was quite scary. This time has been a lot more relaxed!

Before my kids got older, we had a cleaning lady too! LOVED IT! Fact remained, you have to pick up the clutter so she could SEE the counter to clean it!!!!!!!!!

Goal: Seriously, any loss below my siggy loss will have me ecstatic. I guess I met that on 12/6, so I'm ecstatic, despite the blasted bounces.
Ended November at 224.0

12/01 - DD: DNW
12/02 - UD: 223.5
12/03 - DD: 225.0
12/04 - UD: 224.0
12/05 - DD: 224.0 (not bad after an UD)
12/06 - UD/MD: 221.5 (new low since back to JUDDD)
12/07 - UD - DNW
12/08 - DD - DNW
12/09 - UD - 223.5 (had a higher carb day on my last UD)
12/10 - DD - DNW
12/11 - UD - DNW (the Hubs was lurking )

I think I'm going to try weighing only once a week again. The bounces, although I know they're normal, make me cringe. Maybe after a DD only.

Clearly, I'm not known for my decisiveness.
