I forgot to say anything about goal. The main goal is to stay on plan till the 19th when we go away, then minimise the damage as much as possible for the rest of the month. And not to go over 126 (9 stone).

I was pleased to see such a tiny increase this morning after yesterday’s up day. Maybe I’ll get a new low tomorrow!

Kathy, I was relieved to see a UD here at last (unless it's a typo). It's important to do alternate ups and downs, otherwise you're not doing JUDDDD, you're just doing a low-cal diet and you'll find yourself struggling.

Cindy and Beverly, YES! i am at a new low. and while i think it's pretty darn cool to the lightest i have been in....oh..... EIGHT YEARS, i am not holding on to the number too tightly. i have a LOT of holiday-ing coming up starting, tomorrow actually. i am going to try my very best to not completely blow it, but it's not going to be easy since my rotations are going to very messed up. thinking of doing the fast 5 to get me thru.
