After 4 free days in a row at the end of November, my goal is to get back to the mid 140's by the end of the year. I'd also like to transition back to 5:2 at some point and see if I can maintain mid-140's with only 2 DDs per week.

Today's a second UD in a row, so that's doubtful, but I was shocked to see 144.6 after an UD. It'll be interesting to see what happens after tomorrow's DD. May the force be with us both!

Goal: Seriously, any loss below my siggy loss will have me ecstatic. I guess I met that on 12/6, so I'm ecstatic, despite the blasted bounces.
Ended November at 224.0

12/01 - DD: DNW
12/02 - UD: 223.5
12/03 - DD: 225.0
12/04 - UD: 224.0
12/05 - DD: 224.0 (not bad after an UD)
12/06 - UD/MD: 221.5 (new low since back to JUDDD)
12/07 - UD - DNW
12/08 - DD - DNW
12/09 - UD - 223.5 (had a higher carb day on my last UD)
12/10 - DD - DNW
12/11 - UD - DNW (the Hubs was lurking )

Most likely water retention. Feel it in my ankels and fingers.

Nilla, mine does that too sometimes! On top of that he laughs as he weighs himself fully clothed with a jacket on because he is skinny! I dream of doing that one day too!
