After 4 free days in a row at the end of November, my goal is to get back to the mid 140's by the end of the year. I'd also like to transition back to 5:2 at some point and see if I can maintain mid-140's with only 2 DDs per week.

CTFLC=Conquer the Fat Loss Code....it is a carb-cycling plan. Wendy Chant wrote two books outlining the plan...the first was Crack the Fat Loss Code, and "conquer" was her second book. It seems to have virtually disappeared, as, sadly, Wendy passed away from cancer a few years ago. I can say that the plan absolutely worked, and the losses were faster than I'm finding on JUDDD, but like many have found with low carb, real life eventually takes over, and maintenance is difficult. I am loving the flexibility of JUDDD and am feeling very positive about my ability to follow it long term. Certainly the number of people on here maintaining amazing losses on JUDDD is truly inspiring. I hope to be one of them in the not so distant future. I don't want to have to lose 50+lbs a third time, never mind all of the smaller losses over the past 30 years!!!
I totally understand about feeling accountable...congrats to all of you for sticking to it through the holidays!
