After 4 free days in a row at the end of November, my goal is to get back to the mid 140's by the end of the year. I'd also like to transition back to 5:2 at some point and see if I can maintain mid-140's with only 2 DDs per week.

Ate a very large dinner VERY early...hope I don't get the munchies later. Late-night eating has always been a problem for me. I'm going to take a couple L-glutamines and maybe whip up a BTF muffin if I can't stay out of the kitchen later tonight.

I've been watching the carbs very closely so this gain must be from salt. I'm going to be very careful with that going forward.
