I got off track with all the sugar and goodies at the craft shows I have been doing so I had to rein it in and back to EOD.
Goal is to be back to 139 after an UD

Not my lowest, that was at the end of October I think, at 190.8, so just 4 lbs above my lowest. I'd be happy getting down to 190, but as long as I am gaining muscle and staying around 195 that means I must be burning fat and I'm happy with that.

I was very hungry over night last night. I only had about 270 calories up until dinner time around 7:30pm and I was very hungry at that point and we were eating out at Outback. I stayed with steak and veggies and then around 10pm I had some brazil nuts. But it just wasn't enough. I'm trying to dial in a good calorie cycling range for my activity, but this is not it. I'm going to bump it up a couple of hundred calories on my next rest day and have a meal around 2pm and see how that goes.
