Goner, I hope everything's ok now.

Definitely the soy, Locarbarella.

Susan, I'm relieved that you've upped your UD allowance. You can start your DDs at 500 and work down to 350, no problem.
I get hungry at night, so on DDs I don't eat till dinner time and I save a 100 cal snack for supper, usually gluc pud or a bit of cheddar on a Ryvita.
You'll find what works for you. Some people need bulk, others do better with a bit of protein.


My rather ambitious goal for December is to be bouncing around 124, rather than 126.

After 4 free days in a row at the end of November, my goal is to get back to the mid 140's by the end of the year. I'd also like to transition back to 5:2 at some point and see if I can maintain mid-140's with only 2 DDs per week.

My goal is to be at 130 by the end of the year, which would be a miracle. I've been trying to lose the same 7-10 pounds for six months with no luck at all. So here goes:
