I don't have a specific goal other than to just keep doing JUDDD and see where it leads me. It would be nice to not gain a crapton of weight over December like I usually do. So far, so good.

That's true. This is copy and pasted from my tracking spreadsheet, which automatically kills leading zeros. I would have to change it manually once copied here. We'll have to see whether OCD or laziness win out in this epic battle.

I'm feeling more confident each day that I will not undo over Christmas... my DDs have been low and the sugar has eased off to few and far between - moderation in all things... how lovely! I feel soooo much better.

After 4 free days in a row at the end of November, my goal is to get back to the mid 140's by the end of the year. I'd also like to transition back to 5:2 at some point and see if I can maintain mid-140's with only 2 DDs per week.

Goal for December, stay in the 160's. Not sure losing will happen, but maintain would be nice.

You know, not bad for December. I only do 3 DD's a week. They are set, I just choose a Sa or Su to have a DD. Then always on T / Th. I'm pleased, I mean, before Thanksgiving, I was 4.8 pounds heavier!
