Then later today trying to navigate around a social gathering with Pizza as the food choice, not sure why when nerds gather they always go for pizza as their source of nourishment! I'll probably stop by Jimmy John's and get a couple of Unwiches to bring for myself.

"Moderate" or "Medium" - calories are between Down and UpDays. Some (me too) use them in order to change rotations.

Shay my sister has your allergy situation, except she can eggs.
She was always sick until she got off those foods.
Her sinuses cleared, nausea, dizziness vanished. Takes awhile for it to kick in though.
She can have potatoes chips, that's usually her snack or treats.

I can tolerate some eggs if I dont eat the other crap. Ideally I dont eat any of it but it makes foods so much more complicated to me. My DH says that I'm looking for excitement in my food when I should be looking for excitement in my life. Something for me to think about.
