i tell you. i havent had a DD this rough since the spinning at 9 am episode.
I've had a hungry DD also, but managed to make it. I don't think the 2 ptero helped that much, if any, but maybe it has other benefits. Supposedly I'll remember this hungry DD really well for a while.

Thanks Babs.
I found another internet company which are half the price of Amazon, so I'll look into Bongo when my new supply is running out.

The ptero didn't help me as much yesterday but it's early days so I'll persevere.
Which reminds me - I'll go take some now!

I find that as long as I don't over do carbs on my uds that my DDs are so much easier.. I am on an UD today and I don't even feel like eating.. so I am saving my calories for a yummy fattening cheesesteak for dinner,, minus the roll..and some wine!!

Cindy, think of pterostilbene as a super-antioxidant that studies indicate does all kinds of good things to the body and just happens to reduce/suppress appetite in some (but not all) lucky people.

I've read a little about the other benefits of ptereo, and improved memory was one, I think. That was why I made that comment lol.

I've been taking it for about 8 days now and I really do think it's making a difference. Or maybe it's just the DDs rotations that are making the difference.

Whatever it is, it's good. I'm definitely going to keep taking the Ptero and hope as it builds up in my system it's doing good things for my health. the capsules are so tiny it's no bother to take them. I just keep the bottle right beside my daily vitamins and it helps me remember and stay in the habit.
