But isn't it great to know that a few DDs and any "damage" will be erased! How many other people can say that about their diet plan??
And, besides, a few days of gobble gobble keeps the ole metabolism revved up!

I amended my menu a bit...chili (Wendy's) for lunch, and I bought a side salad which I'll either eat with my chicken later or as a snack. :)
Well I'm a Brit, so I haven't been on the gobble gobble but I'd a big sodium bounce yesterday. (Well I certainly hope it was only from sodium!)
Dinner: cabbage etc - ca. 150 cals
Supper: Ryvita with French chaource cheese - 100 or 200 cals (depending on whether I can restrict myself to one slice!)
Milk in tea - 60 cals
Might even squeeze in a glass of wine - 125 cals
Total = ca. 435 or 535 cals :cool:
