DD Wednesday.. make it good!!

I had 2 cups of coffee so far with SF creamer. and one egg white.40
I have another egg white if needed.17
L-sliced ham and WW string cheese 110
S-greek yogurt 80
D-Not sure yet,, might be some shrimp

I as looking forward to UD Thursday...

I had 2 cups of coffee with creamer and 3 slices of bacon. I really think that will be it until dinner unless I want to snack on some raw veggies. I'm making a dinner for my hubby that I really don't like so I'm thinking my dinner will consist of mostly green beans LOL I also have a pomegranate that I've been waiting to crack open so at least I have something to look forward to until tomorrow's feast!

all!

woke up at 3am with a wicked migraine- hate that! so I took a million advil and hoped for relief. Woke up at 8am, and took a prescription pill (I take Maxalt, 10mg, meltaways).

So I'm feeling better now, but my tummy is grumbling-- partly due to DD, partly due to all that advil on an empty stomach <sigh>

Now I'm going to take the dog to the vet-- he's got a growth on the bottom of his paw, and it's started to bleed. He doesn't seem bothered by it, but the little blood prints on the floor are sort of not great, ya know?

B: pills
L: blueberry black tea (will report)
D: not a clue. I have the veggies, just need the protein. Maybe salmon burgers.

I want a good DD too, although tomorrow will not be a huge feast to pick on all day. Bf and I are taking Mom to a restaurant. At least that's the plan. It's feasible that one or more of my siblings might show up, although I haven't heard anything from anyone.

Finally finished cleaning my dirty floors! Having 4 little dogs means lots of messy paw prints. I can handle clutter and dust but dirty floors drive me insane!

Morning: coffee w/cream, tea, americano w/cream
1:30pm - 2 hard boiled egg whites
S: chicken broth
D: broccoli & shrimp stir fry

Target: 400 cals

updates...
Haka is doing fine-- minor surgery on his paw, quick recovery from the anesthetic, resting comfortably. Will see vet again on Friday.

Food- I had some chicken and veggies for lunch to settle my stomach.
black tea, blueberry flavor (nice!)

D: still planning on veggies and salmon burgers.

D - Made "sweet" version of Ouizoid's tortillas, then crisped them in the microwave, broke up into chips and used Walden Farms cinnamon raisin spread as a "dip" - 60
I'm feeling a little hungry so I think I'll have 2 oz of FF turkey with dill pickle and mustard - 65

Tomorrow, lots of calories but intend to stay LC

Glad Haka is ok, Soren!!!

I've been making homemade rolls, sweet potato casserole, sugar pie & pumpkin pie all afternoon/evening. I finally caved and had 1/2 a roll (they smell so yummy, stupid rolls!!), and DH made me a mint rum chata concoction tonight. Oh well...still only puts me at 400ish calories, even with the drink. It's much needed, btw. ha!

Yummy sounding food, Flutter. What is sugar pie? As if I needed another temptation lol.

BTW, I've found every candy except the ones I really wanted to try. No white chocolate M&Ms or Dove's new white chocolate candy. I didn't even try and buy the gingerbread or cherry cordial M&Ms.

haha, I have never made the sugar crème pie before, LG! It was posted on another board and I thought my kids would like it, so I made it! It's basically a pie where the topping is heavy whipping cream, sugar, a bit of flour, butter & sprinkled on top with nutmeg. It looks yummy! The pumpkin pie I made this year has cream cheese in it, too. Outta be interesting!

RE: M&Ms, I'm not even tempted by that ginger bread! LOL!

I saw gingerbread oreos today...? Weird.

Ended the day with 140 of soup, after not counting the chicken/veg earlier. Then some mint tea.
