DD Monday. Here we go.

B- coffee with co, egg white omelet with ham and spinach 140
L- egg white omelet again 100
S- Greek yogurt 70
D- not sure. I am going to try to only eat one of the omelets today at work so
If I can do that it will be the other omelet.

I feel like I never want to eat again!
Such a busy week - Friday I threw a surprise birthday party, Saturday was Friendsgiving, and yesterday was our 2 year anniversary. I mean, wow!! There are two cakes in the fridge leftover, two types of pudding with cookies, and a bowl of cookie dough my mom gave us - someone please take this away!! Ugh!!

Anyway - back to my rotations; I feel as big as a house right now.

Water all day!
Maybe some hot tea...
I have some yogurt if I need it, and I have a tiny bit of pasta leftover that I'll be having for dinner

AND 45 minute walk for my lunch in lieu of food.

My UDs have been a weeeee little bit too much lately. <snort> Plus, I'm still feeling weird so happy today is a DD, and one with NOTHING that can get in the way of my plans. Hi guys! I had some extra calories yesterday late in the evening, so I want to be sure and have a good DD today. I'm going to try to go as long as possible w/o any (significant) calories and then maybe just have fat calories for dinner.

D: Coffee/HWC or cream cheese

Target: I don't know - maybe 300?

Well I had both omelets!! and it is only 12:30.. wth.
I have to not eat another thing till 6 or 7 pm. I got some broth with me so I
hope that will help me out later this afternoon..

My daughter got up at 5:30 this morning. I asked her if she was crazy! She's on vacation all week, and staying home with DH. Then HE got up too!

Another killer sinus headache today - ugh! I had to work today so just trying to power through it because the meds aren't helping any.

Morning - coffee w/cream and hot tea
Noon - 2 HB egg whites
2:30pm - chicken soup
Dinner - probably greek yogurt and 1/4 c. Fiber One cereal

Target - 400 cals

today and the next DD's are gonna be low to make up for the two UD this thursday and friday. and AF is slow in coming so i have to deal with that gain. bless it....

so far today - coffee with SF hazelnut sweetner - 60

magic pops as necessary at 15 cals a piece maybe some broth cause i am COLD!

target 250 or less.

I was sorta yukie so ate cheese chips. Slice of cheese in microwave a min.
Hold be over until later this evening.
For my Poor man's Waldorf salad.

I couldn't hold out... Bedtime snack for me:
Omelet made with egg whites, gluc, pepperoni, cheese, green olives (130)

I was 1 calorie over target at 373. Can't complain about 1 calorie!

The holiday gorge fest at work has started. Today was oatmeal raisin cookies (easy to pass up - raisins in baked good is the root of all evil in this world) and chocolate chip cookies (harder to pass up). Did not partake!!!

That was the plan this morning but boy, have I been good or what today! 117 cals total! skipped the Cottage Cheese instead went for 8+ miles walk! Had to make up for last night's carb snacking. Not Hungry either!

I was SO cold last night. It took more than six months, but I am finally getting to the point where I get cold on Down Days. Guess I am losing all my insulation. I had to huddle on the sofa with a dachshund, a heating pad, and five layers of quilts. Needless to say, I fell asleep!

Hahaha!!! I probably would have eaten 6 of these :

Had a good day yesterday. Just coffee w/ heavy cream in the day, a handful of nuts when I got home and for dinner some chicken on peppers w/ salsa & some cheese. Managed to stay around 460cal but only a small .5lb drop this morning from my weekend UDs.. Doing another DD today so hopefully I will see a better # tomorrow!
Looking forward to my Chicken Wing UD on Wednesday!!!
