UD Sunday --- YAY!

Who's in for Sunday UD?

I don't have a set plan yet, but plan to make a LC meatloaf. Maybe the crab legs in my freezer for dinner. So far just LC pancake for breakfast.

B: LC pancake, SF syrup (138)
L: meatloaf???
D: crab legs

This will definitely be subject to change. Have a great day!!!!

Today I am doing pork, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, carrots, celery, and parsnips, in various combinations throughout the day.

UD!
11:30 stopped my fast with an orange.
Cooking real spaghetti for soon eating.
Tonight for dinner- yes, popcorn- lots of butter- salt of course!
I'm feeling good, just a sneaking of a headache off and on. No it was the low food intake. I can handle that.
happy UD everybody

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)

The rest of the day's up in the air. I think we're going to the movies (The Hunger Games--probably should have gone on my DD!) so there might be popcorn.

Not sure what's for dinner. Chicken of some kind with butternut squash probably.

OOOHHH butternut squash is one of my favorites, but I only ever have it when G'ma makes it at the holidays. I can't go back to Michigan for the holidays this year, though, so I might have to try making it myself!

Rebecca, happy birthday celebration weekend!

Love UDs. Had some leftover lowcarb pizza for brunch
Then cooked up wings for this afternoon watching the game.
Had some champagne while decorating the tree.
Dinner is chili with cheese and tortilla chips. Not sure what the calories are. 1400 is my guess

Lunch was a small chipotle chicken sub, several pieces of bacon from Keira's BLT, and a ton of sweet potato fries.

Dinner was rotisserie chicken with horseradish mustard, strawberries with splenda, and kettle corn drizzled with dark chocolate.

After my cocktail, I'll be around 100 calories over (my limit--not Dr. Johnson's!). Mine is more generous.

I had a lot today ... And I don't know the calories.

B: pumpkin bagel and cream cheese
2B: smart ones pancake and sasuage frozen meal with coffee and peppermint mocha creamer
S: 2 salted caramel chocolates and some chips
D: BBQ brisket sandwich from Costco
S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich

So...someday I will do better, but today was not that day.

Happens to us all. As a matter of fact, I got into the turkey pepperoni and the chocolate drizzled kettle corn (again!) after my last post. I ended the day at 2344 calories.
