I think my plan is water, lamb broth, and tea. Now that it is getting colder outside, I don't seem to be drinking as much water, so I need some extra liquids.

Yep, I'm here. Coffee w/ sf creamer this morning, having another cup now. I did eat a bite of DD's pumpkin donut & a bite of DH's apple fritter. We had to go get a dozen after Jenna's basketball game this morning. The game ended with her 2 (whoosh) free throws. <no, they didn't win, but it was close!>

Fasting until dinner time. I'm at my internship this morning/afternoon then dinner with friends. We're heading to The Cheesecake Factory so I'm going to try and go for that low calorie menu.

I love Cheesecake Factory for a DD. Peruse their skinnylicious menu, but don't forget to check out their skinnylicious appetizers too. I had some tacos in lettuce wraps one time that were really good. If you safe enough calories for a full meal, their chicken salad sandwich with a salad is really good too!

I'm having a tough time with the pizza left over from my UUAD last night. Had half a breadstick and 1/3 slice supreme pizza. Planned out the rest of the day and I should come in around 780. Today is leg day with the hubby. I had a don't mess with me DD moment just a second ago because hubby made my preworkout drink (1/2 a scoop for 40 cals) and when I went to shake it I commented that it looked like a lot and he giggled. Apparently he thought it'd be funny to give me a whole scoop. Granted it's only an extra 40 cals and while he knows I'm doing something eating wise he doesn't quite know the details so he may not understand why 40 cals made me pretty mad. I'm over it now and just rolling along I can't really get made at that when I chose to waste so many of my cals on 1/3 slice of pizza.

I am going on day 4 of my migraine... It goes away for a bit then comes back even worse.

I find it a little hard to do a DD at home because I have most of my DD food at work.
I do have a spaghetti squash here so:

B: almond milk latte (34)
D: spaghetti squash (???)

I might not even eat today and just drink warm liquids

That sounds great ladies. All I've had so far is water and I'm feeling good. I'm finishing up my laundry then heading out. I hope there isn't a crazy wait because I know I'll be hungry by 7.

Me too.
This morning liquids, tea & some energy vitamin drinks for 90 calories.
Potatoes for the rest of the day. Baker at lunch with broth and A-1, baked "fries" tonight if I need it. Don't count my potato cals per the potato hack but these days usually run me 4-600 calories.

Didn't do the stir fry and had chicken soup instead. Made a protein hot cocoa and calling it quits at 499 calories. Taking some Tylenol PM and going to bed!

I am trying so very hard to get back on track. I really thought this time was it for me, but here I am slacking again. Darn it, I deserve to be healthy! Why do I keep sabotaging myself?! I have gained back probably at least half the weight I lost when I started JUDDD. I'm afraid to look, to be honest.

I managed a DD today. I'm not sure that I ate enough though. My target is 490 and I got in 190. Is that very bad? I just wasn't hungry.

Do you think it's a bad idea to do more than one DD in a row?

That's actually very good!!! 190 is great for a DD!! You can't really go too low on a DD, according to Dr. Johnson. However, you must eat all of your UD calories, especially if you go under 20% on DDs.

Two DDs in a row is okay. Sometimes it just makes you extra, extra hungry on the next UD, so it backfires, but it does seem to work for some people. I wouldn't suggest you do it regularly though.

Well...my day didn't go as planned either although I didn't completely blow it. My car decided to leave me & the 3 year old stranded 20 miles from home. The friends who picked us up were on their way to dinner. Seemed rude to decline since I had to wait for my husband anyway. Mexican restaurant so I passed on the chips & salsa, ordered a chicken taco salad with no cheese, no sour cream, no guac and didn't eat the shell. Didn't finish the salad either. No idea cals.
But, honestly, given how my afternoon went, I'm just proud of myself for not saying, "Screw it! My dinner will be a gigantic fried ice cream and a mango daiquiri!"

I ended up taking an impromptu road trip here since the sun was actually shining! I drove to the Pacific coast to watch the sunset. Beautiful!

The bad part is that I stopped at a winery and the samples I had pretty much became my dinner.

B: ----
L: Atkins bar (130)
D: wine samples (159)

Im feeling really lazy and I think it's gonna be an early bedtime tonight anyway, so I'm calling it at 289 for the day.

i basically did two DD in a row this past week. it was harder than i thought it would be, actually. i never realized how much the old mantra "you can have it tomorrow" actually got me through.

Yeah, I decided to not do it. Maybe once I'm doing better, I'll give it a try but not while I'm feeling so unmotivated.

I don't ever see a reason to do back to back DDs. Some people CAN do them without any problems, but I've never seen anybody have better results doing them. As a matter of fact, double down days have caused people to stall. JMHO.
