UD = birthday today.

Coworkers taking me to lunch - a new place that opened a few weeks ago, have no idea what will be on the menu. I will try to stay away from bread - I do not do well with grains during the day.

Dinner - DH is taking me to dinner - plan is for salmon and salad bar.

Tomorrow will be another UD I'm sure - my DD is taking me for Thai food.

My rational explanation is I am not overweight because of a once a year event. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Goner, happy birthday sweetie! You enjoy your birthday celebrations! You look marvelous, you're doing marvelous, you go have some fun!!!

Nothing special today. It's rainy and gloomy here, snow coming soon, I guess. Blah! Sadly, I snatched 2 homemade cookies a bit ago. Lovely nutritious snack. <snort> Lunch will be chili, dinner will involve pizza, probably, since Fridays are always pizza at my house. clueless on the in-betweens...whatever fits in the calorie counter limits.

Have a good Friday all!

I am celebrating someone's bday today too. I am going out to dinner with coworkers tonight. I will probably get something lite because I have been eating a lot today.

That sounds like a great way to celebrate, Goner.

We are going out for a sashimi dinner tonight, all three of us. I plan on eating until they have to roll me out to the car.

Didn't have chili, ended up with a burrito & some salsa/chips at home. DH is bringing home take & bake pizzas from Costco for dinner, and will probably have a few cocktails. Maybe...if I'm still in the mood after going out at 8pm to pick DD up from gymnastics. {sigh} It's dark forever by then...
