HEY IT'S THURSDAY UP DAY
 
Breakfast: 2 low carb pancakes, 1 egg, 2 Canadian bacon
2 coffee with HWC. I feel good.

Will have to come back as have not made a menu for the rest of
the day.

I'm terrible about posting menus because I come here when I'm at work, so I either change my mind or just don't know what the evening will bring!

B: BPC, Pumpkin Shake
L: Deli turkey w/swiss cheese, cheese stick, hb egg
D: Probably a hamburger patty or two and salad
S: Chai tea w/butter, coffee w/cream, cheesecake muffin

Anything else to get me to my UD calories!

D: beer... Not sure what else. LOL

yogurt
2 lemon fat bombs

L-chicken quesadilla
3 muskateers bar

D-small ribeye w/pan fried mushrooms, roasted brussel sprouts w/evoo and garlic

d-pineapple and coconut ice cream (my favorite!:jumpjoy:)

Yum quesadilla!
My addition is Tuscan soup, LC cornbread with butter.
I am making choco chip drop cookies LC of course.
Will have some tea with cream later

I was so busy today I wasn't able to eat every 3 hours.

2 eggs in CO
LG sf vanilla iced coffee
chicken and lettuce
Shrimp

Way below my target, I should make fruit salad or something else. Whenever I see a loss I find myself worried about eating on an UD.
