I'm terrible about posting menus because I come here when I'm at work, so I either change my mind or just don't know what the evening will bring!
B: BPC, Pumpkin Shake
L: Deli turkey w/swiss cheese, cheese stick, hb egg
D: Probably a hamburger patty or two and salad
S: Chai tea w/butter, coffee w/cream, cheesecake muffin
Anything else to get me to my UD calories!

D: beer... Not sure what else. LOL

D-small ribeye w/pan fried mushrooms, roasted brussel sprouts w/evoo and garlic
d-pineapple and coconut ice cream (my favorite!:jumpjoy:)
My addition is Tuscan soup, LC cornbread with butter.
I am making choco chip drop cookies LC of course.
Will have some tea with cream later
I was so busy today I wasn't able to eat every 3 hours.

Way below my target, I should make fruit salad or something else. Whenever I see a loss I find myself worried about eating on an UD.
