DD Thursday - plans?
I just realized I hadn't seen a thread and came into this DD without a plan. I think I have one now.
L: Plain Chobani
D: 2 cans tuna with dill relish, maybe another Chobani
Target: 480 - 580 calories; 70 - 88g protein
MY plan is work on this closet floor and get it done! Oh, you mean food. Sorry, can't think that deeply! :)
B: 1 C FF Greek yogurt with EZ-Sweetz, coffee (125)
L: Small Wendy's chili with onions and TJ's habanero sauce (184)
S: Quest bar - double chocolate chunk (160)
D: ?? Zoodles or more yogurt or another Quest bar??
L: 3 baked egg whites
D: grilled halibut and salmon
B: coffee w/cream
D: 1 can Progresso Light chicken noodle soup
S: FF Greek yogurt
Slept through Breakfast!;)
Tea for lunch, Coffee and Chicken Bullion for snack.
Chicken tenders and another cup of tea for Dinner.

Got little yukie around 5 Ate slice of 80 calorie cheese.
Then planned veggie and little chicken.
Actually have a little heart burn now. No biggy, I'm sleepy.
