WOE: JUDDD - EOD/STILLMANS :)
Start Date: June 2013
Down Days & going to work

Hey guys, so I did JUDDD a few months ago while on maternity leave and lost most of my baby weight - I have about 10lbs left to lose that I would like gone before Christmas. I worry about going back on the plan now I am back at work - I work as a careers adviser and my job can be very stressful - and I worry about feeling tired/weak...

How do you cope with work and fasting? I like to do EOD

Thank you

I actually have more energy on DD's and I like for my work days to be DD's as I get so much more accomplished. I am retired but still work 2 days a week and I can do 5 days work in 2 if I go to work on my DD's which I can since I work whatever days I want to.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
After a few rotations, I never noticed a difference between my energy or productivity on UD or DD.

I am usually more productive on a DD, and it makes sticking to my DDs much easier.

I'm retired, but do temp days sometimes. I found DDs very frustrating because eating was such a highlight of my day (yes, the job is a little boring!) I found that if I drink a lot of flavored water, I can get through the day just fine! I do allow myself more calories, but still low enough to call it a DD.
