DD Wednesday. I hope I can

I am going to lunch with my dad and my son today. My plan is not to have any breakfast and hopefully have a low calories salad for lunch. Maybe I will bring my own low cal dressing.
Dinner is going to be shrimp scampi. I will sauté some shrimp in some chicken stock, garlic,hot pepper and serve with miracle noodles!!

Sounds like a good plan! I often will get just a side salad with no cheese or croutons and add vinegar or lemon juice instead of dressing for less than 100 calories.

Also, depending on where you're going for lunch, lots of places have plenty of low(er) calorie options. I can find something DD friendly at most chains.

Well my day went bad. I caved and ate some of my son French fries. More then just a few!!!$ grrrrr. I had a small piece of ahi tuna and a side salad. I could of been good but nooooo. Those darn fries. I am thinking if I get thru the rest of the day and night I can redeem this lunch!!
