I couldn't eat another thing!

Today was my 1st UD, I could only manage 1590 calories out 2190...Im stuffed....at 6pm I was done!

Better eating on Thursday

Hopefully you can eat more tonight. Your DD tomorrow may be really challenging and if you don't eat you UD calories you aren't doing JUDDD. Just a low calorie/ daily restriction plan. You will not get the wonderful benefits that come with JUDDD if your calories are much to low.

I'm sure you can figure out something yummy to eat

Thanks Carly, I managed to eat a cup of white chocolate Raspberry Truffle ice cream with my nephew after posting and that put me at 2150 yay!

Definitely trying to take heed & do this correctly.

Still find it puzzling and remarkable that people have trouble eating enough. That raspberry truffle white chocolate ice cream sounds divine. That would put me in the red EVERY UD!

The ice cream was delish...it takes a 9 year old (my nephew) to add a lil fuel to the fire.

Hope evrybody is doing well today and judding along smoothly

I always had trouble with ud cals, especially if I was eating clean paleo. Learned to add more fat, which adds cals without taking up a lot of volume.

Lee - your solution is wonderful, and made me laugh! I have just *had* to eat cheesecake to get up to my UD calories (still have to sometimes, even though I've lowered my UD calories now)!
