Today I put on my new size 12 (!) capris.
Honestly. I thought they looked so tiny when I got them ready to put on. However, they slid right up and snapped and zipped just like they should have.
I am amazed and grateful to my JB's.
Blessings,
P

Great NSVs Carol, Kati and Pat.

My DH said to a friend yesterday that I didn't look any heavier in the 'buff' since our vacation.

I am going to check out YAYOG. I really love Callanetics, and Tracy Anderssons the method. Plus this lady named Tracy Campoli has wonderful 5 minute videos. The one for erasing your double chin works FABULOUSLY!

Hi All! I'm back, after a month of stress, traveling, and a death in the family. Now I'm getting back on track, and lemme tell ya, it's been hard! The junk food, fast food, candy & snacks I've been mowing on is taking a while to leave my system, and still making me HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!

BUT...
I had a little victory this morning.

I packed my lunch for my planned UD (the only thing not planned is exactly how I'm going to cook the chicken for dinner). Got to work and had my coffee. And there's donuts in the lunchroom. When I'm being "good" and on track, I'm usually hardly tempted, especially when it's just cheap grocery store glazed donuts (I prefer plain, cake donuts with my coffee). But today, I was tempted. I decided that I would have one... After all, it IS an UD, so I can afford it, right? But to be safe, I went back to my desk first, and plugged it into my calorie tracker. Yep... I can afford it, no problem!

But, do I REALLY want it? I probably should just skip it, and wait til it's time to eat my planned breakfast at 9 or 10. Yeah... I'll wait...

So I waited! And I ate my breakfast (ham, egg, cheese sandwich) at 9:30. And there were still donuts in the lunchroom. And I walked away. I think there are still some in ther now. But it's lunchtime. I'm eating my chili...

I'm thrilled you're going to try it, Cindy! I hope you like it. The first two "evaluation" sessions are no fun, but then you really get down to business and I started seeing strength increases right away.

I hope you do check it out, Kati. I'm a convert! I love Callanetics too, and would never be able to do what I'm doing now if I hadn't started strengthening there first. I'll have to check out those Tracy Campoli vids. Thanks!

Scarlett, I'm so sorry it's been a rough time, and I'm sorry for your loss. Getting back on track can be so tough, but it sounds like you totally rocked it today! WTG!

Every single morning when I put on my jeans or capris I think to myself: "these will never fit". They look so small to me. They always fit and I am always amazed. Every. Single. Day.
Thank you, JUDDD and JBs.

My "shelf" above my butt is now way more in line with my back! That back fat has just smoothed and is in line with my butt!

It's so amazing I could cry.
